How Safe is Kids Free Email?

This now means that Hackers wishing to set software on the members login page, trying to unlock their passwords, will now be unable to do so as the time limit will prevent their software from doing this as the Capcha Letters will become invalid LONG before the software has finished its job. The Hackers Software will also be unable to read the Capcha Letters and make use of them.

   How Secure is Email Really?

The answer to that is simple: not very secure at all. Email is based entirely on trust. When you send an email to someone, you are trusting that the whole system of networks will get it to the addressee unchanged and unread. People do not realize that the email can be read, information used/copied, shared and given onto others, changed and even prevented from arriving at it's original destination at the hands of many different people. Allowing your children to use unsecure Email  is no longer safe.

Think of it this way: if you send a post card that is not in an envelope to someone overseas, it is available to be read by everyone it encounters on its journey, often this is a lot of people. It could be read by the postman emptying the postal box, the mail sorter, the carrier etc. The information isn't confidential (and everyone realizes that it's not confidential), so you would hardly write anything of major importance on a postcard sent by this means.

Email works in the same fashion. When an email is sent it goes through a number of networks on its way to the receiver. It travels a lot faster then a postcard, but the data and information typed in the email can still be captured at hundreds — if not thousands — of places along the way. Don't presume that these people have to have your kids email login details to access and read their personal mail. There are programs to be found that can capture this information as it travels along, as a postcard does,  unprotected for all to see, all you need is the knowledge of how to do it, so none of us should rely on email for security purposes that is unless your children and teenagers are using a Secure Email Provider.

However we can only guarantee beyond a shadow of a doubt total privacy if the original Email is sent from another Secure Email Account directly to your Inbox for example a friend of yours who also uses a just4ukids.com Email box because previous to you receiving the Email it has gone through the normal insecure process that we have already spoken about.

You can use any type of Email Checking system you wish to use ie, Outlook Express, Mobile Phones, Wireless Laptops & Pc's and logging in from the Web based Members area we provide.
